Come work out with me tomorrow ...night at North East Snap Fitness, because once I'm full of strawberries a workout will not be happening! $5 for members, $10 for non-members, your first class with me is always free!

Hopefully everyone has been working on there New Years Goals if you are starting late there are lots of great things coming up. Since February is month I'll... be running a "couples" contest for a free workout and some package deals for couples because who doesnt like that added motivation also both Kristin Gordon and I will be holding kettlebell classes for that "team" environment and some full body workouts See more
