On Friday, May 7th we're closing our doors early so we can reconnect with one another and share ideas on how we can make our VISION for 2021 a REALITY. We'll be focusing on our mission statement and remembering why what we do MATTERS. We'll be learning from Tim and Lynne Cox of The Gray Samaritan about their mission and how WE can help make a difference in this hurting world. We'll be focusing on YOU and how we can help make your life better when you see us for your eye exam.... We're looking forward to this time so we can better serve our fellow man, locally and globally. Today, we celebrated Valentine’s Day with decorated boxes, yummy treats, kind notes, and a taco bar. Did you or your kiddos make Valentine’s boxes this week? If so, share below as we would love to see all the creativity! We love our team meetings and laughing, learning, and spending time together as we build our relationships and look for ways to improve our practice. We also love each of you and hope your Valentine’s weekend is full of love, health, and blessings!

Do you wanna build a snowman? Today, during our inter-office meeting, we came together to draw a snowman without looking and turned each other into snowmen! We had fun with much laughter filling our office. Vision Source Titusville, Oil City Eye Associates, and Vision Source Meadville are #bettertogether and we create such a wonderful atmosphere where memories are made, bonds are strengthened, and team-building is encouraged. We take time to learn and laugh together, making this an amazing workplace! Thank you ladies, for a fun meeting today!
