Good morning and happy Friday Penbrook! I hope everyone faired well with the first significant snowfall of the season. A few items worth noting: The Snow Emergency is now lifted. Our crews worked all night and were able to clear our streets thanks to their tireless work and your support. A reminder that you cannot put snow from your sidewalk and property onto the street! Thank you for doing your part to keep our streets and sidewalks as safe as possible.

The City of Harrisburg will be the Borough's new trash collection service starting January 2021. You have or will shortly receive a letter from them with instructions on how to order your new trash container(s). The borough has set up a page to assist in this with all of the information we hope you will need along with answers to frequently asked question we are receiving. We will be adding more FAQ's as they come in. We also have a picture of the different containers on the page. The Borough's page is at: https://www.penbrook.org/trash-2021/
