Dear supporters: thank you for your patience as we are trying to complete the work and send it to press- a last minute change in format to a larger print size w...as decided in order to try and decrease the number of pages (and save the planet) - content won't change and good news is the new layout will allow larger images ... bad news is this is delaying the finalization of the proofs...
