Race day is tomorrow!! We are still having same day registration beginning at 1:00 pm tomorrow at the Reinholds Inn. Race begins at 2:30 rain or shine! Looking forward to a successful event!

Happy RB5K Day! Let’s do a virtual 5K or if you are feeling ambitious, head over to The Station and go run the RB5K course. Post pictures, strava, or any running app you use on this page for some fun. Have a great Mother’s Day weekend everyone!

Ladies and gentlemen, even though next week’s RB5K is cancelled, get out there and run. Take a few pictures and post them on this site. Run the course. Have a beer. If you can, swing by the Fire or Ambulance associations and drop a donation. Have fun and enjoy. We are planning the 2021 RB5K as we virtual run this year. See everyone soon!

Due to the COVID-19 situation, we are formally cancelling RB5K+ on Sat 09/May/2020. We may be seeking to reschedule the event for the fall of 2020. If we are able to reschedule we will be sure to let everyone know. For next steps, those of you who registered can receive a refund or if you choose to, we will keep your registration fee as a donation and split the donations to the Fire and Ambulance Associations. Lastly, we would like to arrange some fun for all of us during these times. We want everyone to participate in a virtual 5K on Saturday 09/May/2020 and post your pictures, results, comments on the RB5K Facebook page for everyone to see. Feel free to run the RB5K course or run any 5K course of your preference and share the fun with us all!

Hope this post finds you all healthy! As of now, RB5K+ is still planned as scheduled. We will certainly keep everyone posted anything changes. On a side note, exercise is said to contribute to a healthy immune system! What better way to pass the days of social distancing than to go for a run! Stay calm and run on!
