Rachael plans and oversees over 100 events annually for the Greater Reading Chamber Alliance (GRCA) as their senior director of events & special programs. She also directs the initiatives of the Women2Women program. After a full day at the GRCA, she refocuses her efforts to her wedding planning business, Just Breathe. All this, while balancing a husband and two small children under five years old at home. Stephen Kohler graduated from Governor Mifflin High School and enrolled in Reading Area Community College (RACC)'s Respiratory Care program. He has worked at Reading Hospital - Tower Health as a respiratory therapist since graduating from RACC and is currently a critical care clinical specialist.The Respiratory Care Program attracted me to RACC, but it was also the financial benefit. Two highly successful young women working in the nursing field. Megan came to RACC from Alabama where she earned her doctorate degree and is now serving as a RACC Student Success Coach. Steph is in her third year of her doctoral program and is an assistant professor in both of our nursing programs.
