Before the install there was just a lamp and table. After install there was tons of cottage style everywhere! Back to the job sites today! This powder room got papered while I was gone! The wall to wall mirror above the sink provides a ton of light in the small space, houses the recessed medicine cabinet and the light fixture!

Who has sliding glass doors or french doors that need a soft treatment? Old plastic/fabric verticals are typically dated and boring. This 8’ door way in a new build needed dressed, to block out beating sun. Here’s the smart shade from one of my vendors. It’s a slick modern light weight sheer fabric, available in dark gray or white. You can actually walk right through it’s separate sections while it’s pulled all the way across. The sections even pop out and are machine washable!

Here’s one side of the master bedroom finished at the Olmsted Manor. The window treatment fabric is stunning and we were lucky enough to have the last pieces of it on the planet. Antique brass and glass accents, latern lamps, rich fabrics, all fresh, spa like bedding and soon the metal beds to come will all complete the 150+ year old bedroom. Can’t wait! Everything is on back order across the board these days. Makes it tough to have a complete install.
