A customer called because they didn't have power in their outside receptacles. Our technician found this and once it was replaced all power was restored and it was safe. This is the damage a loose connection can do!

What a day to replace a service on a historic building in Bethlehem! The technician was very happy to find out it was an abandoned nest!
