Exciting News! This summer I am going to retire! Yea, you're right....it's about time! I plan on selling the building and all of the equipment. My career began in 1972, teaching Health, Physical Education and Drivers Ed at Northern Lebanon High School. I opened The Shape Shoppe in 1981. The Shoppe has been good to me and for me. I thank all of you who have been a part of it through these 35 years. Please share this message.

Our next 4 week session will begin May 2nd. Gymnastics is currently full. Yoga is at 6pm Mon. and Wed. Not sure if the 3rd floor has heated up yet..but we look forward to moving yoga class into the heat!!! Shape up class is 7pm Mon. and Wed. Fitness class is Tue. and Thur. at 8:15 am.
