Traffic restrictions will occur on Mayview and Boyce roads in South Fayette from the week of Nov. 16 to spring 2021 for natural gas pipeline replacement, Columbia Gas has announced. Throughout November, temporary lane restrictions and minor delays are expected on Mayview Road, around the intersection with Boyce Road, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. weekdays for preparatory work, weather permitting. November 11 is Veterans Day. Thanks to all who have served. Township services are available today, and waste collection is on a regular schedule this week in #SouthFayette.

Millers Run Road, between Sygan Road and Presto-Sygan Road in South Fayette, will be closed from 8 a.m. Wed. Nov. 11 through 5 p.m. Sat. Nov. 21 for railroad overpass work, weather permitting. Another closure will occur Dec. 1 to Dec. 20. The posted detour uses eastbound and westbound Route 50 (see map).... No traffic will be permitted to drive through the closure zone. Sygan Road and Presto-Sygan Road will remain accessible to and from Millers Run Road. South Fayette Township is not involved in this work and is providing this information as a courtesy to citizens.
