Look what arrived today, our balloon buddies are here!! Thank you so much to the community for all the donations in order to give each of our residents a Balloon Buddy (adopt a grandparent program). An even bigger thank you to Stacy Horowitz-Rodriguez from Raven Entertainment for putting these buddies together for us. We are so grateful! Stay tuned for more photos of our residents reactions!

We officially have our second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine! We will be welcoming families back into the community next week for visits! For more information on how to schedule a visit please call 570-426-4000.

This week has been filled with so much love and appreciation from the Pocono community! Thank you to The Cameron Family for building snowmen outside our community. It sure did bring a smile to our faces!

We had lunch catered today by Chick-fil-A Bartonsville FSU! It was delicious! Just a little something to show our staff how much we appreciate them!

Double, double toil and trouble! We had a spooky good time decorating our pumpkins today! We think they turned out great!!!

Dear Residents and Families, We have made the difficult decision to pause our indoor and outdoor visitations through October 2020. We will provide a status update by the first week of November regarding our visitation policy. Spring Village at Pocono currently has no positive Covid-19 cases among staff and residents. However, we have three staff members potentially exposed to someone who tested positive for Covid-19. These staff members will be held out of work the next tw...o weeks at a minimum and will only be able to return after we receive consecutive negative Covid test results. All residents and staff were tested within the last 48 hours and will be retested over the next two weeks. We are still allowing doctors visits by family or our van, however residents will need to quarantine upon return to the community for 14 days while staff monitor their symptoms. This specific rule may differ for memory care residents and the need to keep them closely supervised. While we are closed for visitations, we will also be working on a plan to conduct safer indoor visits. We appreciate your time and understanding on this matter.
