Now to Him who is able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly more than all that we dare ask or think [infinitely beyond our greatest prayers, hopes, or dreams], according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations forever and ever. Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21 AMP Lord we PRAISE you because of your abundance of love, grace and power, there is none like you! We CONFESS that we have not looked to you alone and have looked to others and other things instead; forgive us. We THANK you for your grace, for your answers to prayers and hope that you alone give us for the future. We ASK that you open wide our hearts and minds to what it is you have for us to do as we serve others as you have served us. In YOUR name we pray, AMEN!!

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faithand this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Ephesians 2:8-10 NIV. Lord we PRAISE you because you are gracious to us at all times! Your grace is poured out on us at all times in all places. We CONFESS that we have not received your grace well and in turn shown grace to others as we should, forgive us. We THANK you for creating us and loving us so that we can love others and do what you have called and gifted us to do. We ASK that you open our eyes to those around us who need to know of your grace today. In your matchless name we pray, AMEN!!

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it. John 1:1-2, 4-5 NIV... Lord we PRAISE you because you alone are light and life! There is NO darkness in you! We CONFESS that there are times we would rather stay in the darkness, forgive us Lord. THANK YOU for the Love you bring to us at Christmas and ALL year through; for being our light when the darkness feels overwhelming. We ASK that you shine the light of your Spirit in and through us so that we might chase the darkness away, in ourselves and for others. In YOUR name we pray, AMEN!!

Jesus replied, Go back and report to John what you hear and see: The blind receive sight, the lame walk, those who have leprosy are cleansed, the deaf hear, the dead are raised, and the good news is proclaimed to the poor. Matthew 11:4-5 NIV Lord we PRAISE you as the one and only Lord, Messiah! We confess that there are times when we doubt who you are and what you came to do...Forgive us. THANK YOU for loving us so much to come into our world in the most humble way. We ASK that you guide us to where you need us to shine your light and proclaim the good news of Christmas! In your matchless name we pray, AMEN!
