A little bit of fall fun for this chilly day.

Today is national author's day and we have two of our own within the Bridges family. Our resident Lydia Shifman's son is author R.B Shifman and our Exective Director Winona's husband is author John Kissinger. Here is a little about each of them and their latest works. Rich Shifman (pen name, R.B. Shifman) has published three novels. His debut, EVERYONE LEAVES THIS PLACE, is about a teenage young woman, Evee Salazar, whose grandmother, a witch, switches bodies with her to teac...h her gratitude (but it goes all wrong). The architecture of the assisted living home, named Still Waters in the book, might remind people of The Bridges!
