ACTION ALERT: Kayden’s Law, named after 7-yr old Kayden Mancuso who was murdered by her father after a family court ordered her to have contact w him, is advancing in PA legislature. This bi-partisan bill aiming to better protect vulnerable children in custody decision-making has been reintroduced as SB 78 with PA Judiciary Majority Chair Lisa Baker (R) as the lead sponsor, together with Minority Chair Senator Steve Santarsiero (D). It will be up for first cons...ideration vote this Monday beginning at 1pm. It is the second item on Senate Judiciary agenda.
