Safe to say this was never cleaned correctly in over 10 years. Panels were a pain to remove but it is required for proper service. All cleaned up and a coat of AC Shine to UV protect the paint and plastic.

What a mess! Arrived after getting a call that system was frozen earlier in day. Told them to shut down and let thaw and began clean up once I got there. This is one has seen better days. Dried out furnace and allowed operation. Quoting new system replacement.

Complete Ameristar 14 SEER heat pump change out with 15kw backup electric heat. 10 year warranty! Customer was not aware their old system was not a heat pump. Showed they how this system works for them during those cold months and saves their propane use. (No picture of indoor it was a really tight spot and really warm in the attic).

Another 18.5 seer 3 zone ducted Daikin unit installed in small basement. Making use of the space we had. Upstairs attic unit did not have pictures rooms still under construction.

A/c system changeout. Added a supply to upstairs bedroom and increased all supplys in 1st floor from 6" to 8" to allow for proper air flow.
