Cold and flu season is in full swing. We would like to remind our faithful clients that, as much as we fully appreciate your business, we would prefer that you not bring cold and flu germs into our facility. If you are not feeling well, we urge you to reschedule your appointment. Staying home to rest will help you recuperate, and will go a long way toward preventing the spread of germs to our staff and other clients.

In an effort to keep up with technology, we are calling on the help of current and former clients who would be willing to take 5-10 minutes to leave a business review for us on Google and/or Facebook. We would greatly appreciate any and all help with this!! (If you are willing to do so, but are unsure about how to leave a review, please shoot us a message and we will help get you pointed in the right direction!)

Whether you'll be driving in town or through the countryside tonight, please use extra caution between the hours of 5:00 and 10:00. Drive a little slower, watch for kids who are focused on nothing but candy, and be a little more prepared to hit your brakes! Do your part to make sure all of the little candy mongers make it home safely! Happy Halloween!!

We will be open for trick or treaters after Montgomery's Halloween parade on Tuesday. If the lights are on, stop in to show us your costumes!!!

In recent weeks we have had multipe prospective patients call and walk into our facility and expect to get an appointment the same day and/or have their problem resolved within 1-2 visits. We want to remind our prospective clients that, while we don't currently have a two week waiting list, we do not take walk-ins and we are often unable to offer same day apointments for new patients. We also want to remind folks that there are very few problems or conditions that we are going to help you work through in just 1-2 visits/days; most conditions require treatment over a minimum of 2 weeks for successful outcome. We would be happy to answer any questions you might have. Give us a call or stop in so we can get you pointed in the right direction.

The American Rescue Workers just dropped off our 2017 Feed A Friend barrel. Please consider stopping in with a small food donation to help put awesome Thanksgiving dinners on the table for those families in our community that are having a tough time making ends meet.

Chilly morning weather has arrived, and the cold winter weather is not far behind. As you bundle your little for travel, please remember that use of heavy winter coats is NOT recommended in car seats!! Doing so allows too much room between the straps and your child's body, and significantly increases the risk of them being ejected from their car seat during an accident. Thin layers are recommended, as they allow the car seat straps to stay much closer to your child's body.... If your child must have something on to stay warm while in their car seat, consider using a blanket over them or putting their coat on backwards after their car seat straps have been fastened. We know that this adds extra steps for already stressed and running behind parents, but it is truly the safest method to transport your child. If you have questions or would like someone to weigh in on the method you use to keep your child warm in the car, please let us know! We can hook you up with a local certified car seat technician who would be happy to help!! Photo credits: themonarchmommy.com, theacademyofcoolsprings.blogspot.com, goodeggcarsafety.com
