Welcome to a new week! We want to let our customers know that we are open. Also, we are asking that our customers please help keep us (and you!) safe by doing the following: 1. If at all possible, please place your order -before- you visit the store.... We are asking this in an effort to minimize time spent inside the store. This is in part to respect the need for social distancing and to lower any risks to our staff. Plus, if you call ahead with your order (717-432-5229), pay by credit card over the phone, we will gladly place your order in your car, reducing the need to even enter the store! Call us to order and ask any questions, thanks! 2. We are offering DELIVERY! Beginning this week, we are rolling out home delivery to residential customers within a 10-mile radius of our Dillsburg store. Delivery is for all qualifying orders of at least $100, and the delivery charge is $10 per stop. For more information and to find out if you are within our delivery range, please call us. We are OPEN! We continue to recieve a number of calls asking if we are open in light of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) business limitations. We want to let everyone know that WE ARE OPEN! The Delicatessen is open, too! In addition, we are FULLY STOCKED and ready to serve our customers during this difficult and challenging time. We respect the need for social distancing and invite folks to call ahead to place orders *and* to check product availability, and we will deliver your order to your vehicle upon arrival. Updates! In light of COVID-19 (coronavirus) we are reaching out to our fabulous customers to let you know that we will be open this week, normal business hours, including the Delicatessen. We also want to share with you the steps that we take everyday, regardless of the current situation, to insure the safety of our staff and our customers: We have onsite hand sanitizer and because of the proximity of fresh foods (and more!) employees wash their hands frequently. ... Also, our employees wear gloves when handling any ready-to-eat product. In addition, because of the unique business we are in, we routinely clean all surfaces multiple times a day using bleach water. Last, but not least(!), we are (and have been, prior to COVID-19) involved in a USDA-sponsored food safety program that monitors for any biological, chemical, and physical hazards as part of our ongoing processing of fresh meats, etc. Delivering the highest quality fresh products to our customers is paramount. We will continue to update our Facebook page with news and information. We value our customers and encourage you to stay safe and to contact us with questions you have about store hours, product availability, and to place orders.

As we posted earlier this morning, we are open today (Saturday) until 2PM (normal hours). We have been receiving numerous calls today from customers inquiring about our business hours. In particular, wondering if we are altering our store hours. Presently, we want to let you know that we are planning to be open normal hours next week. Cut It Your Way! When we offer beef as cut free it is an opportunity for you to have it cut from a whole piece to suit your needs. Specials that are offered cut free are whole, uncut pieces cut to order after purchase. Most common cut free offerings are New York Strips (see this week’s special!), Ribeye, Tenderloins. when we offer cut free the actual cutting is free!
