CrossFit Kids classes cancelled for today- class will be held Wednesday.
Hey everyone. Sadly my dog Shadow was found hit by a car on the side of the road a little bit ago and will need to be put down later this evening. Due to this, I will be taking a personal day tomorrow (3/5/2019) and will not be there for the morning classes. Here is the workout for tomorrow, good luck, and if you have a dog or furry friend, hug them extra close tonight.
