UPDATE: OWNER FOUND!!! FOUND DOG: A husky dog has been found on Walnut Street in the Borough. The dog is safe and tied in a residents yard. If this is your dog, please call our station at 724-452-3003.

UPDATE: OWNER FOUND! There is a loose adult male black lab or lab mix in the area of Mercer Road and Seneca Dr. Harmony. We are having trouble catching the dog so please contact us at 724-452-3003 if you know who this dog belongs to.

Get to know: Sergeant Sean Adomaitis! Sergeant Adomaitis began his career with the Zelienople Police Department in 1998. He was a Patrolman until being promoted to Sergeant in 2018! Interesting Facts: Married for 22 years and proud father of 4 adopted children!... Sergeant Adomaitis is currently a Taser and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Instructor. He is also an active member with the Butler County Drug Task Force as well as the DUI Task Force! Sergeant Adomaitis has also trained in Crisis Intervention and Hostage Negotiation! On this off time, Sergeant Adomaitis enjoys camping with his family and spending time with his relatives. Also, working outdoors and hanging out with his 5 dogs!

If you live on the following streets: S Oliver, Wayne Ave, Maria Ln, Fairlawn Blvd., or Culvert St, and have security cameras or a Ring camera, we are looking for footage from December 15th between 12:15am-1am. The Zelienople Police Department is investigating a theft which occurred at the Zelienople Community Park. Actor(s) removed the charitable donation box from the holiday light display located along the park driveway. Security camera footage from the area is being reviewed to assist with the investigation. The incident occurred after dark on December 14, 2020 into December 15, 2020.
