Thai Yoga Assisted Stretching This art form is a combination of restorative yoga poses with gentle assisted stretching, and is considered a whole body system of healing and relaxation. Thai Yoga combines assisted stretching, and rhythmic palming/thumbing over the body's sen energy lines and acupressure points to help release tension, increase circulation and move blocked energy through the body. The student will experience the physical benefits of stretching along with deep relaxation.

In the world of yoga teachers, Yoga Alliance is the oversight of training and credentialing. For example, you might see "RTY" in yoga teacher's signatures. Today, I can now add E-RYT- to my signature, meaning Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. I reached the 1,000 hours of teaching awhile ago, but just officially registered today!
