Team PA coach by day, Competitive Cheer Coach by night. Ok...maybe just cheer Dad! Miss my Team PA girls at practice this weekend but getting to spend some time with my daughter, Alaina, watching these amazing young ladies compete! As I do at least once every year, illustrating the comittment these girls display with hours of practice all week to ensure a flawless routine under the pressures of family, peers and judges is truly amazing. ... That same mental dedication and mental toughness goes a long way when you step into that batters box or pitchers circle! #teampaproud #rainathletics

Fell short of our goal today and lost in the semis to a talented Outlaws-Quinn team. While the goal is always to advance to the ‘Ship’, the girls played well, going 4-1 overall. The crazy year that 2020 has presented to all of us did not deter the Softball Community from looking forward to 2021 and Better things ahead for our world and ...our sport..... A swing a day, keeps the doctor away! Our top three from the December Swing Tracker Challenge. Congrats to #55 Maggie Howard for bringing home the Gold with 825 swings. #25 Makenzie Morgan took home Silver with 568 swings. #00 Sophie Duke took home Bronze with 514 swings. As a team we swung the bats another 5000 times during this challenge. As a coach, I love the accountability the swing tracker puts on the girls to get their swings in each week.... Next challenge in January...girls need some well earned rest over the holidays! #teampaproud #lovethegrind #diamondkinetics
