Review from current tenant Throughout my time renting from Redblock Realty I have been continuously impressed. My first impression of the apartments was that they are aesthetically appealing due to a spacious layout and well designed interior. Additionally, the apartment is in the 40th and Spring Garden area which is within walking distance (15-20 minutes) from Drexel and Upenn. It combined everything that myself and my roommates were looking for in terms of space, pro...ximity to school, new appliances and cost. As time goes by my decision to rent with Redblock Realty is repeatedly reaffirmed. Rent payments can be done quickly and efficiently through their online portal. Our landlord is very helpful and quick to respond when notified of any issue. Neighboring tenants are kind and helpful too.
