Two motorcycles fled at a high rate of speed and one operator was apprehended. The below picture is of the other operator. The Pennsylvania State Police-Gettysburg is investigating a burglary that occurred at Hobbs Cycle Shop, located at 4283 Emmitsburg Rd., Freedom Township, Adams County. Unknown actor(s) stole a Honda XR 70 dirt bike, a black WARN WRX winch, a black sentry safe, and $150.00 cash The listed photos are similar items to the ones stolen. On 12/30/20, the Pennsylvania State Police in Gettysburg charged Vincent MARFIA, 50, of Littlestown, PA for sexually abusing a minor. MARFIA was a second grade teacher in the Gettysburg Area School District. The Pennsylvania State Police Gettysburg Station is investigating a theft of a camper that occurred at Sandoe’s Mini Storage, 2760 Old Harrisburg Road, Gettysburg, PA 17325. The camper was stolen from the storage facility sometime between the middle of August 2020 and 12/17/20. It is a white 2017 Jayco Travel Trailer (Jayflight) 26FT (PA Reg: XLY5778). The Pennsylvania State Police-Gettysburg Station is investigating a retail theft that occurred at the Columbia outlet store located at 1863 Gettysburg Village Dr. Gettysburg, PA 17325. On 12/13/20 at approximately 1100 hrs. three unknown females stole approximately $2500.00 worth of Columbia brand mesh ball caps. The Pennsylvania State Police - Gettysburg is investigating an incident from 09/04/20 where a trooper attempted a traffic stop on a black Harley Davidson motorcycle who failed to stop in the area of Route 30 near Route 94. After a pursuit was initiated, the motorcycle began passing vehicles at high rates of speed, failed to stop at stop signs and accelerated at speeds over 100 mph. At some point, the trooper discontinued the pursuit. Approximately an hour later, a victim cont...acted PSP Gettysburg and reported that a black Harley Davidson motorcycle, driven by a tall white male with a long black beard and hair pulled back in a pony tail, had struck her vehicle and fled the scene.
