Aikido of Pittsburgh

AoP members and friends, once again this week we are canceling all aikido and sword classes, March 23rd to the 28th. We will then make a decision on Sunday March 29th whether to start classes again on March 30th or continue our time off. Depending on the amount of time off, we will work through adjusting the fees for March/April. Stay safe and healthy! Also practice your basic techniques and internal strength work! Another good individual practice would the jo form we learned with Amdur sensei and our jo kata!
