Last night Judge Gee ordered more than 100 of our child clients released. In powerful words she explained how dangerous it is for our infants, toddlers and young children to remain in family detention during a pandemic. She explained how ICE has failed them and how ICE misrepresented themselves before her court. She ordered them free. But our kids are detained with their parents and now we continue the fight - a fight to avoid family separation. Proud to do so with Rapid Defense Network, RAICES, and Dilley Pro Bono Project.
