Finally finished this one! ... I would recommend anyone/everyone give this some time, especially if health and fitness is your aim. We give so much attention to exercise and diet and completely forget that all of the magic happens in the sweet state of slumber!
Ever hear of something called the Lovett Reactor system?? It simply states that each vertebrae functionally couples with another along the spinal column. . For example, movement or trauma that happens at the lumbar or sacral region will show and affect the cervical/occipital regions and vice versa. ... . This is clearly seen in the photo of me performing a V-sit and attempting a deep squat. Weak hips put excess work on the low back which inevitably hangs your neck out to dry. Just another example of what our hips are capable of doing!! Yea yea I know it’s a statue but my previous post to confirm. Top buttz and ADductors allow for the deep squat without the cost of your spine’s integrity. Stay long and get strong!! @ Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
