Enlighten Me Energy Healing

I find myself once again comfortable with being a lone wolf. Apparently I need to give a "refresh" in CHI. Chi, Ki, energy, live force, whatever you wanna call it. Needs to always be balanced. It needs positive energy, and negative energy. WITHOUT a steady mix of BOTH. We do not live in harmony. Does that make sense? We need the bad times, bad days, hard times, struggling, heartbreak. It's a necessary part of life.
