Join Sarah Hummel on January 16th at 10:00am via zoom for our January rinse and reset winter detox flow. Let’s join on zoom and detox from the year past and reset our mind and body for the new one. The practice will be fun and challenging and set you up to take on the year whatever it may bring! You will leave feeling recharged, light, and ready for the year!! This workshop is for all levels.

Hello BYO family, we have made the heartbreaking decision to close our doors until further notice. Many factors went into this decision and we know we are disappointing a great many of you. Each one of you and your commitment to this practice keeps our community strong. We will get through this together and we are committed to being here for all of you during this time and for years to come. The good news is there will be opportunities to practice together via live stream or BE on-demand.
