2016 tax returns can be efiled starting January 23, 2017, make sure you have all your documents before having your returns prepared.

Another client got a bogus IRS call that he owes money and the police are coming to arrest him. He works second shift, so he actually got up and got dressed for the police. But he called me and I was able to reassure him that it is a scam.
