This 6.0 turbo has seen better days. Unison ring was stuck for awhile most likely and finally broke. Actuator post was worn as well. New turbo on it and good to go!

Don't neglect those fuel filters folks! This 1 was in bad shape with a WIF light on constantly due to the buildup in the HFCM at the sensor.

04 F350 in for a fresh 4" lift set of leaf springs and shocks after the old set had actually cracked and broke

Little IPR & ICP pigtail repair as well as ICP sensor and IPR valve replacement on this 03 6.0. Been seeing quite a few of these issues lately

We've had alot of inquires for cylinder heads lately. One of the reasons is more and more have been found to be cracked upon inspection. Then you have money out on a set of heads that are now scrap. Another main reason for getting new heads is these heads by Powerstroke Products are a new improved casting over factory heads. These are less prone to cracking and are of course machined flat, unlike factory heads, and o ringed ready for installation. Therefore you have less dow...ntime when you go to stud your truck or replace your cracked heads. We have both 18mm & 20mm o ringed heads in stock ready to ship. We're running a brief special on a special run of big valve heads too. We have 6.4 heads available as well. We also have cams, lifters, heavy duty valve springs, and push rods available by Powerstroke Products. New belt, idler pulleys, and tensioner on this 6.0 to get rid of that annoying belt squeak and noisy pulley. Also a new power steering pump to ease up the hard steering this truck had.
