Lol! So today is been a day!! And it’s only half over.... So I apologize for the phone waits.... we have a dedicated person, just sitting in the back answering phones... so when it rings and rings.... she is just on them. Covid is hard- ... Yesterday 200 today 400.... and with social distancing at all times,,,,,,, it gets nuts . we staff as well as we can and this is the first time I walked away from the grill all day.
