Where do I start. Hands down the absolute best experience EVER when it comes to vehicle,boat or RV purchases. Let me start by saying in my 29 years of driving... I have owned 18 vehicles, 3 boats and 2 campers. This was by far the greatest due to the high level of customer service. We live about 175 miles from Antrim RV Sales and the main reason we drove that far was for the awesome deal we were getting. Then we met Sam. The most honest guy you will ever meet in the sales field. We wanted to pick our new camper up today but he had to drive 4 hours round trip to get the title---he did. He set up everything for towing and even set the brake thingy---I am a woman and dont know what its called. He took the time to go over everything and answer ALL our questions. We were soooo excited to be heading home. Then, our van broke down. This is when we saw something in someone you would never expect. I called AAA roadside. They could tow our van but not the camper. I called Sam for ideas. He had one. About 75 minutes later he was pulling up to us sitting on the side of the PA turnpike, hooking our camper to his truck and towing us home...to NJ!!!! Thats right. Towing our camper 3 hours from where he lives and then driving back 3 hours. I dare anyone to find me a dealer that would do that. We can't tell you how grateful we are to Sam, and his wife, for turning a bad day into and awesome one. Sam we can't thank you enough and wish you only the best always. Continued from below....... The number of texts and phone calls to Sam were many. When we were towing our camper home we had some issues....Sam,it seems to be s...hifting alot...try taking out of overdrive. Sam, this is happening that is happening. Everytime we had a question he had an answer. Not once did he ignore a text or a phone call. Me myself, I would have ignored me after call 20 and text 30. And thats just the calls and texts from me and not my husband. This is a side not to Sams parents....you did one hell of a job raising your son Sam!!! He gets 2 thumbs up. See more

I should clarify...by "this happening and that happening" I mean with our van and not the camper The camper is the greatest!!!!

i know my wife has already posted,but i feel i must too. let me start by saying as a general rule, i HATE sales people! as for the most part, i find them to be ...conniving, schemers who will do and/or say anything to make a few extra commission bucks. now let me tell you about Sam at Atrim. this man is without a doubt the most honest, forthright, and genuine guy you would ever come across. if your in the market for a trailer, i couldn't give a higher recommendation than the one i give this man. he could easily get much more for his trailers, but simply wants to make a half descent price for all the work he puts in getting his product, and getting it ready for market. his product is ready to be driven off his lot and right to the campground (he'd probably supply the food if only you asked) :-) as my wife stated our tow vehicle broke down right after buying a trailer from Sam. and believe it or not he rearranged his schedule to come pick our trailer up on the PA turnpike at Carlisle and drive us all the way home to New Jersey. i defy ANY dealership to show the compassion and humanity for our situation as Sam did for us. Sam, thank you for taking care of my friends Amber and Mike. Two of the greatest people I've ever known and it is a wonderful feeling knowing that someone did r...ight by them finally! I say this because they've had a run of bad luck recently, in particular... the instance that I still can't get over was when Amber lost her cell phone. Normally, this wouldn't be that big of a deal, but it just so happened that her phone held photos and videos of ALL their sons "1st moments". Talk about heart broken. I gotta say, this got to me quite a bit as I personally would have been sure to return the phone but no such luck there and anyone with children knows for sure how heartbreaking it is to lose precious keepsakes that are not replaceable... Then I heard about their van breaking down and thought... goodness, what gives? Well, apparently.... Sam does and from what I hear... Sam is one heck of a guy that goes above and beyond to give more than he takes. I sure wish I didn't live all the way on the other side of the Country, as I wouldn't look any place else other than with Sam at Antrim to purchase a new RV. Actually, you know... if things go as I hope and we are able to make this purchase, I think this would be just a fabulous reason to fly out and do business with Sam at Antrim and then take a road trip to see my friends in New Jersey, we sure would enjoy this and we could really use an adventure like the one we'd be on as we head on back home to California.
