ARCO: Football Officials

There will be a memorial mass for Tom McClain on Friday, August 11 at 10:30 at the FOP 11630 Carolina Rd., Philadelphia PA 19154, followed by the Mass there will be a luncheon at 12 o'clock. In lieu of flowers can you please send all donations for the Tom McClain Memorial fine to 523 Schoolhouse Ln., Willow Grove PA 1909.

Our first general meeting of the year will be next Tuesday, 7/18, 7pm at the Asburner Inn (Upstairs). If you or someone you know is interested in becoming a Football Official, this is the first step to getting on the field and earning some extra cash on the weekends this Fall. Members of our organization have gone on to officiate football games at the high school level; NCAA division 1, 2, & 3; and the NFL. Thanks and we look forward to seeing everyone next Tuesday!

Another congratulations to Avis Smith, Andy Venango & Anthony Bocchicchio. All three ACRO members will be working the NCAA Division 3 National Championship game this Friday. Best of luck this friday!

Please join us for ARCO’s end of the year banquet at Brookside Manor (50 Bustleton Pike Feasterville Trevose, PA 19053) this Tuesday at 7pm. All are welcomed to attend as we induct Bill Jackson, Gerry Bram, Timmy Gallagher, and Fran Haggerty into ARCO’s Hall of Fame.
