It’s Thanksgiving Eve!! If you are like me, you are tearing it up in the kitchen already, even if you’re only cooking for a few people! A few things to remember about your delicious Thanksgiving meal tomorrow: You DO NOT need to earn your meal with exercise You DO NOT need to punish yourself for eating the most delicious things with restrictions afterward Eat it, enjoy it, and resume your usual habits on Friday Oh and try to eat a few veggies and drink some water too ... I think I can speak for all of us at Arsenal by saying that we are most thankful for our wonderful community that has grown even stronger this year HAPPY THANKSGIVING CREW!
Drumroll please!! Thanks to all of your generous donations, we have 565 items to donate to the Rainbow Kitchen in Homestead!! This means that your favorite coaches will have over 1,000 burpees to do! Maybe Brooks will be nice and donate a few of those burpees to the other coaches who don't have enough This food drive is just another example of the incredible community that we have at Arsenal. We are so grateful for your generosity to help those in need this holiday season
Did you know that numbers changing on a scale isn’t the only way to measure progress? It’s alright to want to lose weight, but it’s not everything.
