A Clean Sweep! Austin Auto Body HD is proud to provide a few photos of a recent refurbishment project that was completed for our friends at R&S Sweeping Co., LLC (R&S Sweeping). This project involved vehicle cleaning, mechanical sanding and prep or of all vehicles surfaces, and minor repairs where needed. We then applied corrosion-resistant high solid epoxy primer and finished the sweeper off with color-matched high solid urethane paint. Once paint had cured, Austin Graphics then applied vinyl to match our clients branding and vehicle identification. Tired CAT is Reborn! The CAT 836 Compactor pictured came to us in need of a serious re-fresh. The unit was media blasted, machined sanded and prepped for paint. We then followed with a coat of corrosion resistant high solid epoxy primer and then topped the unit off with two perfect coats of high solid urethane paint in distinct CAT yellow. Once the CAT 836 had cured, we called in Austin Graphics for complete vinyl prep and installation including logos and all necessary instruction labeling. Transformation! That’s want we do at Austin Autobody HD. Observe our recently completed Ingersoll Rand (IR) VR-90 Telehandler Forklift project. Originally finished in IR beige, this particular unit was cleaned, disassembled, media blasted, painted in bright safety orange, re-vinyled and delivered to our customer, Nyleve Bridge Corporation, with pride!
