What a gorgeous summer-like day in Lancaster County! I'm thankful my kitchen has lots of windows because I was busy again in the kitchen all day. Do you love pistachio? These babies are made with fresh ground pistachios & Swiss meringue buttercream. They're my all time fave & will be at @cafe1eight this weekend!

THANK YOU LANCASTER! You have blessed us beyond belief. Thanks for your kindness, patience waiting in lines, encouragement and for spending some of your hard earned $ at our little mac stand. We have loved seeing you monthly and I have truely treasured getting to know so many of you. I'm taking time away from makers market for awhile but you know where to get your macs in the meantime! (Please don't hesitate to reach out and request flavors to be picked up at one of the cafes that I stock!) Thanks also to the incredible women who organize & run such a successful and wonderful event @shoprockvale month after month. It continues to grow in so many exciting ways!

HEY! I just announced several things in my stories. Make sure you check it out. (Especially if you have a preorder tomorrow!) The cafes that sell my macs have each generously given one of my customers a gift card to their business!! Life is flying by too quickly and plain + simple, I work too much. I decided to cut back my workload in an effort to be more intentional in my personal life. This was a VERY tough decision that I've prayed about for awhile. It was hard because I LOVE MARKET. I love the family that the vendor friends have become and I LOVE seeing so many of you monthly! I will miss you all this spring/summer and we shall see what the fall/winter brings, I'm not sure yet. My good man and 3 sweet children deserve a more present & intentional mama and I don't wanna miss these days! Our quickly growing babes are only young once and I want them to have more memories in their childhood of their Mom than just in the kitchen baking with a hairnet on. There are seasons for all things and this is my season to step away from retail. It's hard but I have so much peace! NO WORRIES THOUGH MAC LOVERS, I will continue to stock the cafes with fresh macarons as always and I'll post here the flavors I'm sending over.
