Today was the last business day for the Bellevue Business Center. It has been an awesome 7.5 years in business. My heartfelt thank you to all who have supported me throughout that course of time; you are all rock stars! It is time for new adventures, discoveries, learning opportunities, and just breezing. My best to you all, always. Peace and love,... Carolyn See more

After agonizing about closing, retiring and liquidating, then advertising the liquidation sale, I was approached by a buyer for the BBC. I am thrilled that the store will not be closing! We are working through the final details of the transaction and when that is completed, I will provide the details to you , including a formal introduction of the new owner. I will also purchase an advertisement in the Citizen to alert the many walk in customers that we will remain open. ... There will be a period of about 2-3 weeks when I will remain at the store to ensure a smooth, seamless transition. After that, well....I am "hanging up my spikes" so to speak. I fully vetted the interested party, ensured that the same quality of service, skill level, courtesy, professionalism and discretion, will be provided to each and every person who walks through the door. I have built this business upon those qualities and characteristics and anything less from a successor would never be acceptable. I am confident that the new owner will provide the same professional services that you have grown accustomed to receiving. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. I trust I will see you often before then. As always, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support of the BBC; I could not have survived these past 7 plus years without you.

In a sharp contrast to my typical work attire, decided to wear my colors for UVA's tournament championship game tonight. Go 'Hoos!
