PRESS RELEASE Devon Rightenour (24 years old) died as the result of a single motor vehicle crash at North Tuckahoe and North 4th Streets Bellwood. The Crash happened on Tuesday February 16th at 5:57pm. Rightenour was pronounced dead at Altoona UPMC. Also treated was a minor child who was also transported to Altoona UPMC. The motor vehicle crash is being investigated by the Bellwood police and Blair County Coroner's office.

Effective at 10 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 1, the entire length of I-99, going both directions, will be at Level 3 of the commonwealth’s restriction plan. LEVEL 3: On roadways with Level 3 restrictions in place (I-99, I-80 from I-99 to the New Jersey border), no commercial vehicles are permitted EXCEPT loaded single trailers with chains or approved Alternate Traction Devices. Additionally, all school buses, commercial buses, motor coaches, motorcycles, RVs/motorhomes and passenger vehicles (cars, SUVs, pickup trucks, etc.) towing trailers are not permitted on affected roadways while restrictions are in place.
