The water temperature in Antietam Creek may only be 42 degrees (WOW that's chilly), but that doesn't stop education staff from wading through the water to continue to monitor the health of the creek. Water quality is one of the most important factors in a healthy ecosystem. Clean water supports a diversity of plants and wildlife. By monitoring our waterways we can ensure that these invaluable resources remain healthy for decades to come!
