Bilger's Rocks

Perhaps some more hope for our Bilger's Rocks Hemlocks and resulting habitat. This could be done in addition to very welcomed Penn State Dubois's selective saving of some of the trees, (now on hold due to covid concerns). Thanks to the Bay Journal for the heads up.
