This stunning house is a new construction located in the Deep Creek, Maryland area. The builder is Log Lofts. We coated this home with four coats of Quality Alaskan Finish. It took several days but the end result is breathtaking.

Stetson is done with the house he has been working on. It was allot of work but it is done. This is one to be proud of. This house definitely does not look anything like it did before. We replace the liquid vinyl painted over with latex paint with a penetrating stain that let the character of the wood show through - what a transformation! Congratulations to Stetson and his crew for a job well done! Time to start the next project.

Jim and his crew have finished their project and it turned out really nice. It took some doing, we scraped the house in addition to cob blasting so this house would turn out as nice as it did. Time for Jim and his crew to move on to their next project. Thanks guys on a job well done!

Stetsons project is moving along. As expected, the finish on this house is challenging to remove. This is not the first time we have run into a finish that was burdensome like this to remove. Extra measures, in addition to blasting, have to be taken to get the logs clean enough to be able to apply new stain. Power washing or chemical stripping would not be sufficient methods to remove the liquid vinyl and latex paint from the logs. We will scrape and\or sand the logs until we get them clean enough to be able to apply new stain. We have done more that 30 log repairs on this home also. It's allot of work, but the end result will be worth it in the end. Check back often and witness the transformation of this nice log home.

Blastmaster completed this house in 2019. It is a gorgeous house tucked away in the woods all to itself. It took us 12 days to complete with blasting and 4 coats of Quality Alaskan Finish and it was well worth the time spent their. This house turn out beautiful and the customer is thrilled. They opted for the Blastmaster Maintenance Plan so we have already visited this house this year (2020). We washed and inspected it as we do with all the homes on our annual Maintenance Plan. We will keep this house looking spectacular year after year.

Stetson and his crew started a new project in New Alexandria, PA. This house was coated with liquid vinyl. After a few years this coating started to fail so it was then coated with latex paint over top of the liquid vinyl. The finish will be difficult to get off for sure. But, we will work at it till it is ready to stain and bring back a natural look to this nice home. There will be a number of log repairs on this home also because water was able to get behind the finish in some areas and rot the logs. We will take care of those log repairs also. Check back to see what happens with this home.

Jim has started his new project in Clinton, PA. The finish on this house is going to be a little stubborn to get off. We will have to do some scraping to get all of the finish off once blasting is completed. Sometimes we have to work a little harder to get the job done. Like always, we will do our best to remove the old stain and restore the look of this home. Check back often for updates.

The home in Portersville is done and looks great. Jim and his crew did an excellent job and the customer is happy with the results. We used a penetrating stain on this house. The crew was even provided lunch a couple of times by the home owner, which was very appreciated. This customer has signed up for the yearly Blastmaster Maintenance Program. So, we will be back next year to wash and inspect this house for any issues. Time to start a new project guys!!!!!!
