Our company’s executive chef Michael Falcone is an extraordinary human being. They say that hard work beats talent...and sometimes a person shows up that has both the gift and the grit. Michael is humble, quick witted, passionate and one heck of a chef. We are lucky to have him leading our kitchens, be sure to say hello when you see him.

By far the most recognizable face in the building, Patty has been an anchor at Eagle Tavern for over a decade. She’s charming, she’s kind and full of sage advice. She is the epitome of hospitality and has helped set the standard for success at Bloom.

As we get closer to opening day, we’d like to take a few minutes and introduce our staff. Our GM Kaylee Hawkins is a natural born leader, she has a kind soul, has a ton of energy (or possibly it’s Starbucks coffee...) and exudes confidence. She has taken the helm at Bloom and made it truly blossom.
