Happy Thursday! I hope everyone is doing well, we have just gotten word that the state is open, meaning all business open to the public! Unfortunately I was not expecting to get the green light so soon, so here’s an update pic of the gym to show what has been going on behind the scenes. We will work diligently to wrap things up and I can guarantee the doors will be open by the end of the week. Thank you for your patience and we look forward to seeing everyone again!

Now that the County is finally going green we can officially open to the public! Stop down any day this week or call (570) 465-3282 to get a membership set up.

I hope everyone is doing well and staying safe! We have been hard at work improving the gym while it is empty, big things are coming. We are still awaiting the approval from Gov. Wolf to move our county into the Green Phase of re-opening. We will keep everyone updated when we hear of an actual date for opening the gym. Thank you everyone for your patience and we look forward to seeing everyone soon!

ATTENTION: In times like these it is better to be Pro-Active than Reactive. With that being said I have come to the tough decision to heed Governor Wolfs request for all non essential businesses to close. Although we are a private gym that doesn’t stop the virus from coming into contact with any of the current members and spreading. The gym will re-open as soon as the virus is contained and we are given the go ahead. I thank everyone for supporting the gym, am sorry to have t...o do this but I feel safer knowing my facility is not the cause of someone getting sick.
