Another fun day of volunteering at a second dose clinic for health care providers!

Flashback to the end of our first clinic! What may not be visible in this photo, as it is masked by the excitement of getting and distributing our first round of vaccinations, is exhaust from the prior 24 hours of preparing, communicating and vaccinating. Our first clinic was a great success thanks to the extraordinary team and the patience of those being vaccinated! As we eagerly await our next round of vaccine, please know that we will be in touch when it is your turn on ou...r waiting list. We have quite a long list and it is virtually impossible to communicate with everyone regularly. Our best advice to help move the list along is to contact your legislators and ask that they adopt successes from the states that are getting vaccines out the quickest: West Virginia, North Dakota, New Mexico, South Dakota, and South Carolina. These states relied heavily on the independent, community pharmacies. Senator Lindsey Williams, Rep. What a day! Just over 24 hours ago, we got notification that our vaccine was shipping overnight. Not wanting the vaccine to sit in a fridge, we decided to power through all the doses in one day. Thanks to amazing teamwork (my lovely wife, awesome sister-in-law, and myself), we were able to vaccinate 109 community members within just 8.5 hours. All in, we got 109 doses out 22 hours and 23 minutes from the time it left the warehouse. #WelcometoDifferent

#ThrowbackThursday We hearing about patients' experiences. This thank you card was given to us early on. We received it after we were able to get the patient's brand name medication for free. It was a week or two after our opening and our first experience helping patients with their expensive brands. We've since saved patients tens of thousands on their brand medications!
