Teeny Weeny Yoga Workshop Come to Bodhi Bliss for a fun-filled afternoon with your kids! This children’s yoga introduction is a way to teach kids and parents about body awareness and controlled motions, breath work, stillness, community, mindfulness and FUN!... This one hour workshop is designed for child/guardian interaction so make sure you plan to accompany your kids kids ages 3-12.
