Peace Through Music

Brill Counseling, LLC 27.12.2020

Fellow musician trudging the road of happy destiny, Seamus Kelleher thanks so much! I just finished Mike Brill’s book Hello, My Name is Santa. As a recovering alcoholic, Mike’s story resonated with me. It’s a story of hope and redemption. It’s a story of perseverance no matter what the odds. It’s a love story in many ways: parental love, love of family, love of community and love of music and probably most important, love of one’s self. Outside of his riveting story, Mike ...also offers insight on how we approach and treat people who struggle with addiction. We need to go beyond the abusive substance and look at the person involved and the trauma they are or have experienced. This is an important book for folks who struggle and indeed their family and friends. Congratulations Mike on a wonderful book and thanks for sharing your story. We are all the bettter for it. You can order the book on Amazon. Hello My Name Is Santa: An alcoholic's journey from homelessness to Santa Claus
