Important announcement!! We will not be running open classes for the month of December, but we will be allowing past, current, and future members to use the gym at their leisure. Please PM for specific details. We are still having the 5:50am class MWF. We look forward to hearing from you and seeing you at the gym!

All classes this week are normal times with the exception of Thursday. There will only be one class time Thursday at 9am!

We’re pleased to announce that we will be reopening on Monday, November 16th! Classes will resume as normally scheduled. Another important note is that the clothing order ends Sunday!! The form can be found in the previous post.

Winter clothing order is up! While the gym is closed, you can still show support by clicking the link to check out our winter clothing order. Orders are due by November 15th. Hope to see you soon!

Please read the whole message to be fully informed: We have had a few members who feel fine but have recently tested positive for Covid-19. The gym has been following the proper sanitation rules but as of today, we will be taking a two week break as that is the PA Department of Health’s rules on quarantine. We hope everyone continues to take the precautionary measures to staying safe and healthy and we look forward to returning.
