Another great review! Thank you!
Just received a review from one of our amazing patients! Thank you Mr. Sigg- I could not be happier with the service that you and your staff have provided. The time that you spent testing and explaining my hearing test and listening to what I expected in a hearing aid was more than I expected. After our discussion, I was given information on Phonak hearing aids which provided some of the functions I expected in a hearing aid, and after reading reviews, watching You tube vide...os explaining the various functions, I opted to go with them. I called and ordered the aids and had an appointment the following week. I was given very thorough instructions by you on the operation, cleaning and charging of the aids as well as the 30 day trial period and 3 year limited warranty. I was surprised at receiving an Email at 7:30 at night as a follow up check, and to receive an answer to my reply. This was over and above what I had expected. I have had the hearing aids for 6 days and I am very pleased with the quality as well as the functionality of them. But mostly I want to Thank You and your staff for the great job you are doing and making my experience a very good one. I will definitely recommend you to anyone that needs an audiologist and hearing aids. Thanks. See more
