Arrangements for Our EMS Commander Kevin Hite Viewing for Kevin will take place on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and Funeral Services will be on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Services will be at:... Serenko - Claar Funeral Home 812 Main Street Portage, PA 15946 EMS Memorial Service will be on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 7:00 PM. The meeting / staging location will be at the Portage Fire Station. We are asking everyone to meet by 6:00 PM and will proceed to Funeral Home at 6:15 PM. The address of Portage Fire Station is: 721 Main Street Portage, PA 15946 Parking is available in rear of fire station or adjacent bank parking lot. A standing procession will take place in Cresson along 2nd Street after the Funeral Service on Wednesday. Note: there will be no procession from the funeral home to Cresson. Due to COVID19, We are asking all attendees to wear masks and follow social distancing while attending the services. If you plan on attending the memorial service and / or the standing procession, please text Chris at 814-934-5230. In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted for Cambria Alliance EMS in memory of Kevin.

The Cambria Alliance Emergency Medical Service is sad to announce the sudden passing of our Director of Operations, Kevin Hite. Kevin has been a paramedic with our service since 2011 and assumed his leadership role on January 6, 2020. In the coming days, more information will be shared as we are able to provide. We do ask everyone for their thoughts and prayers for his family, friends, colleagues, and coworkers.

Effective immediately our station and billing office will be closed to the general public until further notice. Please call the business office during normal business hours if you have any questions. Our EMS crews will not transport family of patients only the patient to the hospital. This does not apply to patients under the age of 18. Thank you for your cooperation during this difficult time.
