If you have the chance to make people happy, just do it. Sometimes people are struggling silently. Maybe your act-of-kindness can make their day. #choosekindacd #campfriends #spreaditaroundlikeconfetti

It's with great sadness that I announce to you all that Mylo passed away yesterday. I thought it was important to let the Shohola family knows since he's been a huge part of camp those last summers. Mylo spent almost all of the summers of his short life at Shohola and this was for sure his favorite time of the year. It was the part that he was the most free and could live his dog life at his best 24/7. Rachelle assures us he spent his last days around his favorite place in the world aka the lake and tried really hard to stay among us. Rest in peace little angel. Please send some love to her as she is dealing with saying goodbye to her best friend.

Nothing says Camp more than 4th of July! We missed waking up to the Revolution at flagpole, followed by a red, white, and blue breakfast. Then the best Green and White show down of capture the flag, then enjoying a BBQ picnic and ice cream cones the kitchen crew cooked up for us while sharing stories of the aforementioned event with our camp friends. Ending the fun filled fun day at the Rail Riders stadium for some baseball, junk food, and one of a kind spectacular firework show. But most of all Coming home to whatever surprise the counselors set up while camp was quite and transformed the hill beyond recognition. What prank do you remember finding on the hill after a baseball game (bonus points if you have photos) Shohola forever. Happy 4th Shohola folks. Thanks for the memories. Stay safe.
